In my world....

These pieces were made for a challenge set for those who belong to Paper Digital Art and Imagesbykim. There were 3 requirements to the challenge. 1.You had to use distressed paper that she had a tutorial for. 2.You had to use all or one of the following: rusty nails, paper clips, bottle caps, or pop tabs. 3. We had to use In my world.... for the title of the piece.



"In my world I have thoughts of my Mother"



ATC is made with using disstressed coffee stained and distressed purple sugar crystal mucic sheets. Vintage image of mother and daughter placed next. Pansies hand cut from old wall paper book. I used them because pansies mean thoughts. Rusty nails glued to vintage portrait. Added herat jewelry piece and vintage lace.

"In my world I thoughts of my Mother is my Angel."

This ATC is german paper overlayed with blue sugar crystal tissue paper. Attatched vertically was apiece of matching felt ribbon. On top of that was vintage image of mother holding her daughter. In upper left corner is a saftey pin. On left side is a image cut and butterfly applied on top. In lower right corner is bottle cap linged with coffee stained distessed music sheet and old angel earing.

"In My World I have bliss and joy of a child"

This piece was done using distressed tea stained music sheet and ink distressed German paper. To this I added the image of the children. On top of that is a tag with the word Bliss and letters cut out to spell Joy. Embellishments are buttons, bell and a paper clip.

Seeing red....

This ATC was created with the challenge from Think Monday Think ATC "Seeing Red" in mind. The title is "Timeless Beauty".

Naughty and Nice

This is my entry for "Naughty and Nice" challenge an This Thursday. This piece is an ATC. I used some complimentary papers for base of card. Then I added a bingo card image and the two little girls which I recieved from "imagesbykim" new site for networking and free images. I then added the words Naughty and nice and the bingo marker.

Brown and blue

Two of my newest ATC's. I was looking at my contacts on Flickr and saw a piece with these colors. These pieces were created by the color inspiration. I don't know if you've noticed yet, but I just LOVE the vintage images and styles.

Ephemera Box

When I first joined "imagesbykim" new site Paper Digital Art and Imagesbykim she had posted a game to play to help us learn how to navigate the site. The first ten people to finish the game were entered in a drawing to win a prize. To my surprise(since I never win anything) I won. I won a box of Ephemera box of goodies that she usually sells on Etsy . It's value is $22.99. These 3 pieces were made from pieces that were in that box. I have had a wonderful time creating from this box of goodies. Don't forget to check out her wonderfully exciting site.

A few new pieces

These are just a few of my newest ATC's. I have grown and changed since I first started creating these little pieces of art. I am definetly addicted to making them. I remember when I had first joined Flickr and I read someone's Bio. were they said they had became addictted to making ATC's and I thought WHY. Well now I know WHY!

These piece's were made after I had read a tutorial on Paper Digital Art and ImagesbyKim (which I highly recommened joining). Her sight has so many wonderful things. You get free images, make friends, get to showcase your work and they have tutorials, challenges, games, and much more.

Together

Made for Saturday Surprise, the theme is "Together". You are allowed to create in any medium. This is an ATC which is 2.5" x 3.5". I hand cut and paste all my images.
