"Flower Bling"

Made for MAMMA's challenge "Bling". Oh Boy was this Challenge hard for me! It was defintely differnet than anything I had done before. I started with lavender card stock sized 3.5x2.5 inch, I then added a glittered paper on top of that I hand cut and pasted a lavender flower frame. On the sides of card I cut and filed a old bracelet which I then glued on. To top it off I cut the post off a pierced earing that I only had one of and glued to the center of the glitter paper flower.

ATC Beginners Challenge and Swap

These 2 ATCs were made made for Flickr group ATC Beginners. The challenge was titled "Brown Plus...", 2 pieces had to be made and then mailed to your swap partner. My partner is Angellea, she too has already completed her pieces ( her pieces are wonderful, just click on her name and you can view the pieces I will bw recieving). She is ahead of me though as she has already mailed her's off. We actually have till November 15 to send them off. Mine should go out tommorrow.

1st private trade of ATC

Another thing that happened today is I recieved Flickr mail for a personal trade
of this ATC I made on Saturday called First Love. This was very exciting to me because the only trades I've made before have been through Maggie's Monday Musings(MAMMA) which of course are exciting in their on right, but I have never been asked to do one personally. Felt really good. When I recieve my trade I'll let you all see.

Everything is new again!

Today I joined a new group called Paper Digital Art and Imagesbykim . Very exciting and it's all quite new to me. I don't know how you all keep up with everything. There is the creating, the challenges, Flickr groups, uploading the images, learning all th new lingo and gadgets, the discussions, and the list goes on and on and on...........! I am excited though it all seems so complicated now, but I'm sure like all things eventually it will be old hat. If anyone out there can relate I would Love to know about it. Vintage ATC Tag

Very 1st ATC(still settling in)

Well I thought I would post my very 1st ATC. ATC's are harder for me since I started my collaging on 8"x 10" cardstock so they could be framed. The comment thing is a little better, but my account says only 5 comments available.
So as I said I'm still working out the bugs. Blogging is so new to me and at times I wonder if I should just stick to Flickr. You can see the rest(which isn't many at this time)of my ATC's their. ATC's on Flickr .

I finally got it! Woke this morning and figured out how to get those comments on. Must of needed a fresh pair of eyes and a fresh mind.
